Overview

Swift Cart is a lightweight, from-scratch CMS built as a fun learning experiment and a testament to what's possible without external dependencies. Written in pure PHP and vanilla JavaScript — no Composer packages, no NPM modules, no frameworks. Just clean, understandable code that handles content management, routing, and a simple admin panel.

Why I Built This

After years of working with Laravel and heavy npm ecosystems, I wanted to prove to myself (and others) that modern web development fundamentals still matter. Swift Cart is a reminder that you don't need 500 dependencies to build something functional — sometimes pure PHP and JS are enough.
